The following Shipping/Delivery and Handling costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our Website. Costs are calculated according to the total number of items in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. Delivery dates are guaranteed only within the 48 states.

Shipping/ Handling and Processing Charges (S&H) 

S&H is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests may include additional charges. Specified delivery times are guaranteed and apply only to the 48 states, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary. Most shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. S&H is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
Please take into consideration weekends and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Any order shipped to an address outside the United States will be charged a $60 surcharge per order. Rates will vary according to weight and destination, if there is an increase, you will be contacted prior to shipping. Duties and other fees are customer responsibility.

Expected Delivery 10 - 14 business days - Delivery days and times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed.

RUSH Delivery is NOT available for International destinations.

Back Orders


 
ProDogg strives to always have all merchandise in stock and ready to ship. However on some rare occasion and due to circumstances out of hands some items may go on B/O meaning (order cannot be filled when presented, and for which the customer will need to wait for some time).

The percentage of items backordered and the number of backorder days are very low and vary per style, color and size.

In stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days and back orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks form order date with Rush delivery at no additional cost to customer.

All backordered items are RUSH shipped (at no charge) as soon the inventory becomes available

 

 

Return Policy

ProDogg is committed to bringing you the most value for your money. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase please fill out and return your packing slip to the address listed below. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned Refund within 30 days of receipt in new/unused condition (shipping/handling non-refundable). Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
Refund
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your purchase please indicate the new item you would like in the space provided on the packing slip (may also use this page, be sure to include the name/address of person ordered by).
Caution: Returns that are damaged (example tags removed, torn, snagged etc.), appear to be worn, soiled or any type of stains will not be accepted.
